(1). In the first step, before cleaning the conveyor belt, all the equipment that cannot wade into the water should be wrapped with plastic film to prevent short circuit of the motor caused by water, because the equipment can not be used after soaking in water.
(2). Close the steam valve, check the tensioning device, adjust the equipment pressure.
(3). Check the status of the conveyor belt cleaning machine, check the situation of the light industrial conveyor belt. If there are parts damaged on the conveying equipment, it must be repaired and cleaned in advance, otherwise it will affect the use of parts.
(4). Soak the conveyor belt for a while before cleaning the conveyor belt, which will be more convenient to clean.
(5). With a low pressure spray gun spray evenly stirring the cleaning solution. Never use a high pressure spray gun, as it can damage the surface of the conveyor belt. When rinsing the gun, be careful not to rinse the same spot repeatedly, and make sure that every spot of the belt can be rinsed.
(6). After the above operation is completed, clean the light industrial conveyor belt with water, check the stains on the belt, and keep the belt dry to prevent mildew.
